To help you celebrate Christmas in style our team of chefs have developed brand new bar and gluten-free menus, mixing old favourites with exciting new dishes. Alternatively treat yourself to a selection from our classic Italian menu – available Monday to Sunday from 5pm until late in our Italian restaurant Borgotaro .

Bookings throughout December are now available for our restaurant, lounge bar, or lounge. Why not enjoy a tasty bar meal before the late night festivities, or relax and enjoy a meal in the privacy of our restaurant ‘Borgotaro’, and after dinner decide between taking to the dancefloor, or sitting back and enjoying the entertainment!

Entertainment Throughout December

From the first of December we will be open until 2am every night with free entry Sunday – Thursday. Late entry after midnight on Friday & Saturday nights will be subject to a council mandated charge of £3.50, with last entry strictly 12:30am – unfortunately we cannot make exceptions!

We are also open until 2am on both Christmas Eve & Hogmanay.

Christmas Menu


Turkey Broth. Chef’s home-made broth served with crusty bread. £3.95

Smoked salmon cornets filled with North Atlantic prawns and served with a salad garnish £5.95

Breaded Mushrooms stuffed with walnuts and stilton, breaded and deep-fried, served with chili mayo and salad garnish. £4.95

Duck and Orange Terrine served with Cumberland Sauce, Oatcakes and a salad garnish. £4.95


Main Courses

Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings £12.95 Half portion £7.95.

Rolled Shoulder of Lamb stuffed with Xmas pudding and served with Sherry Gravy. £12.95 Half portion £7.95.

Festive Burger. Beef burger with cranberry sauce, stuffing and chipolata, served with fries. £9.95

Parsnip, Cranberry and Chestnut Loaf, this is our tasty vegetarian option. £9.95 Half £6.50

Filet of Seabass pan-fried in lemon and dill butter. £12.95

With the exception of the Festive Burger all main courses are served with mashed potatoes, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.



Traditional Christmas pudding served with brandy sauce £4.95

Sherry Trifle with a twist of fresh cranberries £4.95

Butterscotch Pears poached and served in a Brandy basket £4.95

Festive Cheesecake hand-made with apples, cinnamon and Dark Matter Rum £4.95


Please Note: Our Christmas Menu is not available in our Italian restaurant Borgotaro.


Booking tables for Dining

If you would like to order from our regular, or gluten free bar menus, tables in our Lounge & Lounge Bar can be booked from 5pm until 8.30pm.
Tables can be booked in our Italian restaurant Borgotaro from 5pm until 9pm.

If you have booked the final sitting for a table in Borgotaro (later than 8pm), have more than 12 in your party, and would like to stay and enjoy the evenings festivities until 2 am with VIP table service, please let a member of our booking or restaurant team aware. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate in Borgotaro is 22, so please book early to avoid disappointment!

Please Not: A Non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required. This will be subtracted from your table bill at the end of the evening.

Booking Tables for Drinks

Throughout December, due to the busy nature of the festive period, we regret that we cannot accept table reservations for drinks only on Fridays, Saturdays, Christmas Eve or Hogmanay, however booking tables for drinks is possible on all other nights after dining has finished.

Booking Deposit

A non refundable deposit of £5.00 per person is required to book tables for dining in the Lounge Bar or Lounge, or £10.00 if booking for Borgotaro. For tables of 12 guests or more we require that meal selections are pre-booked.
