REDUCED MENU OFFERED IN THE FORT HOTEL
Due to social distancing measures, we will currently be running a smaller menu (see below) alongside our bar menu from 5pm everyday. This will be available in our beer garden from Monday 6th July and inside when we reopen on the 15th of July. We will also be offering our Italian wines in conjunction with our bar wines to compliment these dishes.
The grandparents of John, our owner, grew up in the northern Italian town of Borgo Val di Taro – ‘Borgotaro’ to its residents. It has long been recognised for its culinary contributions, with an abundance of local wild porcini mushrooms; the ‘Fungo di Borgotaro’, and renowned parmesan cheesemakers.
Taking inspiration from the traditional Italian menus of its namesake, the Borgotaro Restaurant aims to bring the flavours of Italy to your table.
